Hi! I'm Jenessa, and I just recently relocated from Southern California to Dallas, Texas with my husband Noé, our son Santiago and our daughter Paolina.  I first discovered scrapbooking in 1995, and I made my first album using construction paper and rubber cement…an archival disaster! Fast forward to the present and I've become quite passionate about this constantly evolving art. Having always endeavored in arts & crafts such as drawing, painting and cross-stitching, paper crafting has been such a natural progression for me. My husband has been incredibly supportive of my hobby obsession by allowing me to utilize half of our spacious family room as my own personal studio and hanging out with the kids when I need some creative therapy.

Hello! My name is Bárbara and I'm from Brazil! I'm a scrapbook lover since 2006. I used to be a lawyer, but my passion for crafts was bigger, and a now I work only with crafts, especially scrapbook.

Hi!  My name is Melinda Garner, and I proudly call Oklahoma home.  I am happily married to my soul mate of 19 years.  We have two children.  Our daughter, Aubrey, is 14 (going on 30), and my son, Levi, is 11.  Thankfully, my family continues to inspire me everyday!  I absolutely love to scrapbook, and any spare time I have, you can find me in my craft room.  I am so happy to be a part of this awesome team, and look forward to getting to know each and every one of you!

Hi, I'm Kátia Cristina, but everyone calls me Kátia Cris here in Brazil, where I live. I am 33 years and live with my parents and my sister. I am a teacher, but currently work with educational technology. The scrapbook occupies my free time and brought me wonderful things, as dear friends. I met scrapbook in 2005 but was in 2006 that I started really. The scrapbook is a way to relax and keep memories of special moments of my life. Today I divide my time between trips to work with computers and classes in a scrapbook store in town where I live. Also I take part in the "Scrap by Brazil," a group of friends and challenges here.  I hope I can contribute a lot to the "Sketch with Color.  Welcome!

As a kid I loved crafts. I learned to embroider, crochet and sew. I ventured into biscuit, but I did not like much. I met painting on wood, decoupage and French art. I was so enchanted with the art of paper cutting. At 25 I discovered scrapbooking ... It was love at first sight! I made no lesson to begin. I searched all the information I need on the internet and I started with a kit of 12 sheets, a pen, scissors and a tube of glue. Of course I did not hit the first time .... Over time, I bought several tools, I learned different techniques, and I did some courses. Until I evolved enough! I also rode my blog "Ateliê das Horas Vagas" to post all the projects I was doing. I began selling some products that I produced for my friends, my family and colleagues. Earlier this year I opened my shop today the Scrap is a source of income

Hi! I'm Deedee Horton. I live in North Texas and am a 3rd grade teacher. In addition to crafting, I love reading, music, and all things vintage. I've also declared myself a giant Disney nerd, because of my obsession with Walt Disney World and Mickey Mouse! I do lots of traveling, especially to see my girlfriend who lives in Irelansd. I'm very close to my awesome parents, younger sister, and my sweet 2 year old niece, and I have a crazy yellow lab mix pup named Bailey. I've been scrapping since 1998 and wow has my style evolved over the years. Currently, I'm very into creations that have lots of layering and a mixed media sort of feel. I consider myself first and foremost a scrapbooker, but I try my hand at cards now and then, but can never seem to get a grasp on them quite like I would like to.

I was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB Canada.  By day I am in Marketing for a large Insurer and by night, I enjoy taking care of my family, scrapbooking, taking bubble baths and wearing sweats as much as humanly possible!  I dabbled in Performance Art for a long time, and then made the switch to paper crafting in 2006 to express myself creatively and have never looked back.  I have enjoyed developing my work over the years, although I still find it difficult to exclusively define my style.  I just love paper and making pretty things!  I work best when challenged, and am looking forward to sharing my creativity with everyone.

My name is Surama and I live in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with my mom, my young sister and two cats. I'm single, no children.  I work in publicity at my own company: an agency of events and promotional marketing. I've been scrapping since 2006 and never stopped. In the little spare time I have, I'm with my papers, scissors and glue. For me, scrapbooking is fun, it is my pleasure and my joy.  Good memories and special moments of my life with my family and friends are the theme of my layouts.  In addition to scrapbooking, I love listening to music, watching movies and going out with friends.  I am happy to be a part of this team. I hope I can inspire you.

I'm Devra.  I am a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest). I've been scrapbooking for about 15 years. For me, scrapping is not just about the photos, and stories. It's also my stress release, my creative outlet, my happy place.  My style is constantly evolving and changing because I like to try new things.  But one thing you will always find in my pages is humor.  The main topics in my scrapbooks are my family. My husband, our two boys and our dog.  They give me more than enough material to keep me going.   When I'm not scrapping, I'm caring for my family, reading a good book, watching a baseball game, and always thinking about the beach.  I'm excited to be a part of Sketches With Color. This will be a great challenge for me as
well.

I am a tax accountant by trade and know that too much creativity in my profession will land everyone in jail, so currently my creative outlet is scrapbooking.  I’ve been scrapbooking and creating with paper for about 9 years now after watching my sister and daughter enjoy the craft for a bit – swearing I didn’t need another hobby, but eventually I was making suggestions for their pages, planning photos for layouts, evening finding a new house with a room for a studio – I was hooked.  I share my enjoyment with both my grown daughters as well as other members of my family.  I live in Ft. Worth, Texas but enjoy taking my girls around our country to visit, generating lots of things to scrapbook about
